"Welcome", new visitors. IF YOU DON'T KNOW ME DON'T ASK ME TO BE YOUR FRIEND. Established visitors and stumblers, of course, welcome without the quotation marks. Oh and you may already know me. Lucky dip

I may look like an easy target, not
to mention delectable because I am under-age,
but I should point out I have a lawyer
who is ready to go in to bat
for me any time I need him.

Just had to make that clear, boys.

I was talking to Steve at school. Boy do I wish I could
get to know him better, and without being teased.

Tuesday
Saw Steve. What a pity I'm not more friendly, prettier etc.

Wednesday
I've got a mad crush over Steve.
I can't help thinking about him the whole time
and when I see him my heart beats hard.
I wish I knew what to do.
I love him.

My top pops for this week:

  1. Ruby Tuesday Rolling Stones
  2. On a Carousel The Hollies
  3. There's a Kind of Hush -- Herman's Hermits
  4. For a Little While -- Del Shannon
  5. Kind of a Drag -- The Buckinghams
  6. The Beat Goes On -- Sonny and Cher
  7. I had too much to Dream Last Night -- Electric Prunes
  8. Love is Here and Now You're Gone -- The Supremes

to be continued . . .

deviantART: where ART meets application!
Sep 12, 2007 10:56am    (679 reviews)  photography, arts, deviantart  http://www.deviantart.com/

In DeviantArt one thing always leads to another.

I found these broken-down beauties in
Polish photographer Wojtar's portfolio.

Then from the humble to the ostentatious,
this photo of jaw-dropping
Gloucester Cathedral.

After that I found myself lost in the
 fantasy world of Centauran . . .

who led me to Thelma . . .

and so on.

I want to live in a world of art!

Some reviewers mention the anime and
fantasy crap posted in this enormous
database but there's plenty of
crap posted here on SU too.
I think they're just too lazy to look.

The secret, I've found, is to use it the
way you use SU, keeping to a trail of artists
you like and avoiding just random stumbles
(or in this case random crap art).

Blogthings - Whats Your Ideal Career?

Could this be Miss Bored
in a few years' time?

Your Career Type: Social

You are helpful, friendly, and trustworthy.
Your talents lie in teaching, nursing, giving
information, and solving social problems.

You would make an excellent:

Counselor - Dental Hygienist - Librarian
Nurse - Parole Officer -
Personal Trainer
Physical Therapist - Social Worker - Teacher

The worst career options for your are realistic careers,
 like truck driver or farmer.

It's not too far off, though they didn't
pick up on my big dream:
to Enter Broadcasting!

But they're absolutely right about driving
of any sort or killing I mean farming.

PS If I'm going to be a teacher
I better change my name, eh?
